These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Focus Drop, a free game published by Wiserunts and available at playfocusdrop.com and through mobile app stores. By playing Focus Drop, you agree to these Terms.

By downloading, accessing, or using Focus Drop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the game or website.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Focus Drop for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not sublicense, sell, or distribute the game or any part of its content.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game or its code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or services
Use cheats, exploits, bots, or automation to manipulate scores or leaderboards
Impersonate other players on leaderboards or in any game feature
Interfere with or disrupt the game experience for other players

4. In-App Advertising

Focus Drop is free and supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob and Google AdSense. You agree to the display of advertisements within the game. Rewarded ads are optional and provide in-game bonuses such as extra lives or currency. You may manage ad personalization preferences in Settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, sounds, music, code, and trademarks in Focus Drop are owned by Wiserunts. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the game without written permission from Wiserunts.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Focus Drop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or preservation of game progress. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the game, including loss of data or progress.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our platform.

8. Governing Law
